Terms and Conditions

Ordering from us you accept the below terms and statements:

General:

If you are under 18 years of age you cannot shop from Us.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when you have placed your order.
The confirmation contains information about your order and your order number.
Check your spam filter if mail not received within 24h.

Some variations of the products can occur, for example the hue in camouflage colors, chin strap material, cord locks etc because we use different producers for our products.
The price shown in the price list the day the customer orders the item, is the price that will be charged.
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT/TAX at current rate of 25%.
 
State your order number to identify your payment with every contact with us.

Our products are regularly updated.

We reserve ourself from that the stock can run out and for our suppliers stock.

We sometimes sell our products on E-bay, they rarely have different prices than in the store and sometimes we also sell 2:nd grade products and products used at photoshoots to a lower price there.

Terms and Prices can be changed at any time.
Payment:

Your order requires immediate payment with
Visa or MasterCard card (0 SEK) through our secure provider Nets, Please have relevant card and if your bank have a card token ready to complete payment of your order.
or we also accept PayPal at no extra charge.

Shipping:

Your gear is delivered as first class air mail or postal package depending on weight and size.
 The shipping cost is currently based as "weight to product" freight cost. Therefore your orders shipping cost will vary from time to time depending on items ordered and you can see the cost in “Checkout” as soon you have placed one item in your cart.

Orders are generally sent within 2-3 days.

During holidays, National holidays, Middle June – Middle August, December expect up to 2-3 weeks for handling of your order and answers on e-mail.

Delivery is made to your local post office or service place in approx 1-2 weeks depending on were in the world you live
If the item is broken or lost during transport from Tac-Up Gear, Tac-Up Gear is (Payment) responsible.

If an item is broken or is lost during transport back from customer to Tac-Up Gear, the customer is (Payment) responsible.

If you discover when receiving your order that the package has transportation damage you should immediately report this to your Post office or Service place.

If they do not claim responsibility for the transport damage you should contact us, but no later than within 7 days.


Returns:

If you should receive a defect or wrong item, please contact info@tacupgear.com as soon you can. Please note that this must be within 7 days.

You have according to the Swedish Distansavtals lagen the right to return ordered gods without giving any reason for it.
Message of this, containing order number and information about which item you wish to return, should be provided within 7 days after the item was delivered.

The returned item must be unused and in its original packing/plastic cover, plastic cover or original packing must not be opened, the product must be free from smell, ex smoking or animal.

The customer must pay for the return cost. The return can not be sent as Payment at delivery or similar, this will not be accepted.

Products as: Underwear, T-shirts, Bikinis, Sarongs are excluded from above notes and are not returnable or size changeable!

After we have received and checked the item for flaws we will transfer money to your account responding to the order/item value at time of purchase.


Tac-Up Gear is following the Swedish laws Konsumentköplagen, Köplagen och Distansavtalslagen.

Tac-Up Gear does not in any way warrant that you, the buyer, can lawfully purchase, posses, carry, use any item which you may order, under any applicable Swedish, international and/or local laws.

That you are of the legal age to purchase these items and that you are not under any legal disability which would in any way effect your ability to lawfully purchase.
Your personal info is treated confidentially and is never shared or sent to a third part.

When you order you admit to that Tac-Up Gear is saving your information. You will be able to get news/info letters from Tac-Up Gear if you have agreed to it.
